Impressive Attention to Detail

I was so taken in with the attention to detail apparent in every aspect of my stay at the Le Meridien Hotel. The property itself has been home to the who’s who of the society since it opened, on 14th March 1988, the beautiful black glass building retains the feel of an old world modern charm, for which it was known for at the time it came up.

Warmth, Elegance and an Intimate Feel

Le Meridien’s staff will greet you by name , provide a warm welcome and special treats for you, keeping in mind small details like the wine you love etc furthering the impression that you’ve arrived at your own Delhi home each time you walk through the door. Fresh flowers, a fruit basket and confectionary topped off daily, and even soaked almonds left by the bedside by the turn-down service, were a few of the details that impress during the stay.

The hotel retains the intimate feel of a stately home with 358 guest rooms, 59 luxury suites and which are available for long-term stays. I stayed in the large and vibrant Luxury Suite, on th 19th floor, a charming space decorated with opulent fabrics in tones of gold, and I learnt that each of the hotel’s rooms, suites, apartments and common areas are individually designed to provide a unique experience for each guest.
