LETHERBEE ABSINTHE ESSENTIAL FACTS
- This absinthe is very special in that it is aged for six months in the exact same way bourbon is aged (new, charred, American white oak barrels). More specifically, small barrels are not used (only full sized, 53 gallon barrels).
- Uses only the three noble absinthe botanicals (anise seed, wormwood and fennel seed). No star anise or sugar is used in this absinthe.
HOW YOU SHOULD DRINK LETHERBEE ABSINTHE
- 2-4 parts cold water for each part absinthe
- Ice can be a nice addition
- No sugar necessary
